José Santana Hernández

Trained economist. Co-founder and CEO (2007) of the investment management firm Nodo Capital S.A. (partnered with Banco Madrid), where he led the creation of GAEC, the first tax-efficient SPV enabling the implementation of the Canary Islands Investment Reserve (RIC).

In 2009, he joined Grupo Milleniun as CEO for the Canary Islands, later assuming the role of CEO for Southern Spain. He also supported the Investment Department, focusing on the urban planning processes of investment projects and managing institutional relations.

Since the early begining of the hotel Real Estate Investment Trust Millenium Hospitality Real Estate SOCIMI in 2017, he has been actively involved as an exclusive external advisor, continuing in this role to the present day.
